Fill Up Your Senses with a Treasured Expedition

Is it time for something other than long lines, depressing news, angry voices, or crowded vacations? Then consider filling up your senses with the stunning sights, refreshing smells, and natural sounds of the pacific northwest in the comfort of your own personal cruise ship.

If you've ever entertained the idea of exploring the shoreline of Alaska, the San Juan Islands, Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, or Desolation Sound, perhaps you'd like to join us for a custom cruise. Or if you're not aware of the potential adventure of these locations, see the links below.

Having had the pleasure of exploring this part of the world by boat for several years now, as we are going to do again this summer with my sister and the family of our son Kent, we've always wondered if other friends and fellow retirees would welcome the opportunity to come along. Since we're constrained in how many of these cruises we can afford, would others - with knowledge of the uniqueness of the experience - be interested enough to share the costs? If so, we could arrange for a  yacht with an experienced captain (that would be me) for the cost of a standard bareboat charter. This could include the experience of joining an Alaskan Flotilla with five or six other boats for a truly remote cruise of the glaciers and back waters of Alaska and the Inside Passage.

If you're curious, here are some links for you to explore, to understand what we mean by a "Treasured Expedition."
